Key Responsibilities:

  • Meeting the hiring numbers as per the business requirement
  • Implementation of proper Induction plan and employee joining formalities & FNF formalities
  • Implementation of all related policies and taking corrective action for proper discipline
  • Employee performance review on Quarterly, Half yearly and Yearly basis
  • To ensure proper grievance handling cell and communication channel
  • Planning and Executing Employee Engagement activities, Event Calendar and Budgeting
  • Handling payroll, Attendance, Administration, Regularity

Prerequisites:

  • Well versed with MS – Office – Word, Excel, Power-point
  • MBA in HR will be added advantage
  • Being proactive, enthusiastic, ambitious and confident
  • Plenty of initiative, communication and motivated
