Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and Develop New Business Opportunities: Research potential clients, target industries, and new markets to build a strong pipeline for digital marketing services.
- Lead Generation and Prospecting: Use multiple channels such as LinkedIn, email outreach, cold calling, and networking to generate quality leads and schedule meetings.
- Client Meetings & Presentations: Conduct impactful meetings and presentations to demonstrate the agency’s digital marketing expertise and how our services can help achieve client goals.
- Understand Client Needs & Create Proposals: Analyze client requirements, business challenges, and objectives to prepare customized proposals and marketing plans aligned with their goals.
- Negotiate & Close Deals: Handle pricing discussions, contract negotiations, and finalize agreements while ensuring profitability and client satisfaction.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients through regular follow-ups, performance discussions, and service feedback.
- Collaboration with Internal Teams: Coordinate with SEO, PPC, Social Media, and Creative teams to ensure seamless project execution and client onboarding.
- Market Research & Competitor Analysis: Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to refine sales strategies.
Prerequisites:
- 1–5+ years of proven experience in business development/sales within a digital marketing agency.
- Decent knowledge of SEO, PPC (Google Ads), and Social Media Marketing services.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities with a results-driven approach.
- Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
