About Project

Well Women Clinic – A private women’s health clinic based in London, specializing in gynecology, fertility assessments, abortion, and menopause management. Led by consultant gynecologist Dr. Nilesh Agarwal, the clinic provides confidential, patient-centred care across multiple hospital locations in London, supporting women at every stage of life with a focus on holistic well-being and personalized treatment plans.

Despite being in a highly competitive YMYL space, we successfully drove 1.82X organic growth, increased impressions by 4.7X, clicks by 2.4X, and organic leads by 2.2X within an 8-month timeframe through targeted local SEO optimization, Google My Business enhancements, and hyperlocal content strategy.

Objective

  • The goal was to improve website visibility on Google SERPs, strengthen keyword rankings, and increase local patient leads by optimizing website performance and enhancing Google My Business (GMB) presence.
