Job Description
We are looking for an IT Support Executive to join our team. Ideal candidates are freshers or those with 1-2 years of experience in IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, troubleshooting, and server management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Troubleshoot and resolve IT-related problems.
- Assist with server management and system maintenance.
- Ensure cybersecurity measures are in place (antivirus, firewalls, etc.).
- Support users with IT-related queries and issues.
Requirements
- Basic knowledge of IT infrastructure, networks, and operating systems.
- Understanding of antivirus software and cybersecurity practices.
- Experience with server management is a plus.
- Strong communication skills and problem-solving abilities.
Nice to Have
- Certifications like CompTIA A+ or Network+.
