Job Description

We are looking for an IT Support Executive to join our team. Ideal candidates are freshers or those with 1-2 years of experience in IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, troubleshooting, and server management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
• Troubleshoot and resolve IT-related problems.
• Assist with server management and system maintenance.
• Ensure cybersecurity measures are in place (antivirus, firewalls, etc.).
• Support users with IT-related queries and issues.

Requirements

• Basic knowledge of IT infrastructure, networks, and operating systems.
• Understanding of antivirus software and cybersecurity practices.
• Experience with server management is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and problem-solving abilities.

Nice to Have

• Certifications like CompTIA A+ or Network+.
