About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and dynamic Client Success Role to act as the bridge between the client and our internal teams. The role involves maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their marketing needs, and ensuring smooth execution of digital marketing campaigns.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
- Understand client objectives and translate them into actionable briefs for internal teams (Design, Content, Social Media, Paid Media, SEO, etc.).
- Coordinate and oversee the end-to-end execution of digital marketing campaigns, including social media, Google Ads, influencer collaborations, and website projects.
- Manage timelines and budgets, ensuring all deliverables meet quality standards.
- Prepare and present reports, campaign performance updates, and strategic recommendations.
- Handle client queries, resolve issues efficiently, and maintain high levels of client satisfaction.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices.
Required Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in a digital marketing agency (client servicing or account management role preferred).
- Strong understanding of digital marketing services (SEO, PPC, Social Media, Content Marketing, etc.).
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail.
- Problem-solving attitude with a client-first approach.
- Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace tools; knowledge of project management tools is a plus.
