Business Development Head - Digital Sales

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Growth Planning

  • Develop and execute business growth strategies aligned with organizational goals and long-term vision.
  • Identify new markets, business opportunities, service expansions, and revenue streams to strengthen the agency’s footprint.
  • Create scalable plans to drive sustainable business growth.

Client Acquisition & Retention

  • Lead efforts to acquire high-value clients across industries.
  • Build and nurture strong, long-term client relationships through consultative engagement.
  • Oversee client satisfaction and retention strategies to maximize client lifetime value and business continuity.

Sales Leadership

  • Drive revenue growth through proactive sales initiatives, strategic negotiations, and successful deal closures.
  • Lead, mentor, and scale the sales/business development team to achieve performance targets.
  • Develop effective sales processes and ensure consistent pipeline management.

Market Insights & Industry Trends

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging digital marketing practices to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Provide strategic insights and recommendations to enhance existing service offerings and identify new business opportunities.

Collaboration & Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Work closely with internal teams including marketing, strategy, creative, and operations to ensure seamless execution of growth initiatives.
  • Represent the agency at networking events, industry forums, conferences, and client meetings to strengthen brand presence.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or strategic growth roles, preferably within a digital marketing agency or related industry.
  • Strong track record of achieving and exceeding revenue targets.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Sound understanding of digital marketing services, trends, and client servicing dynamics.
